A Capella Group: The Current

So the audition must have gone extremely well because I made it!! I am now part of an amazing a capella group here in NYC called The Current. Buena Gente's Theatrical Release!!

It's official. This fall, Buena Gente will be on the silver screen with its theatrical release. Our film will open Fri, Oct 9th at Coliseum Cinemas on 181 St. It will play for, at least, one week.

Thanks to the generosity of the owner, Jesus Nova, we have a golden opportunity to show the public what we made. We still want to encourage people to attend the Labor Day Wknd screenings, though. We need everyone's help for the Oct release because we need to raise, at least, $5,000 for the proper promotion. This campaign is vital to getting people in those seats to see our film. This weekend I worked on my first TV engagement. It is being aired in one month in the Dominican Republic and in the Bronx over 3-4 Sunday evenings. The show is called "Relatos" written and directed by Miky Breton.
